Terms of Service
Commissioning me automatically applies that you accept my terms of service. To avoid misunderstanding please make sure to read everything.
I will start working on a commission only after receiving payment.
No refunds if artwork is finished. If i didn't start working on a commission, and you decided that you don't want commission me you will receive full refund. If artwork is in process, depending on the percentage of work finished, amount of refund will be discussed directly with client.
You can ask for 3 free changes during the process of working on your commission. After this changes will cost 2€ each (up to 5 changes). Few minor adjustments will count as one change (fixing detail on the outfit, adjusting form of the eyes, etc.). Changing colors during flats(base color) stage is always free.
Do not use work you commissioned from me to edit it for AI, NFT, hate speech and other uncomfortable topics.
It is highly recommended to have references for what you envisioned, and specify in details what you want to be drawn exactly to avoid as much misunderstandings and changes as possible.
I can turn down your commission if what you want me isn't comfortable for me, or i doubt that i will be able to deliver that on technical level. Also if a client is being rude or disrespectful, i can refuse to work on their commission. Partial or full refund will be received if client already paid.
Please inform me in advance about things like deadlines and commercial usage so it can be discussed in detail before starting the work.

During the work, you will receive updates on your commission after sketch, lineart, base color, changes made and before final render stage. In the end you will receive PNG(or JPEG) file of your finished commission.If you don't specify a preferred canvas size, i will choose
the one i feel like would work best (most likely 1:1 or 2:3).Please specify what you want for background, otherwise it will be just one color.I can add chromatic aberration and noise to my works, so please notify me if you do/don't want those in the final result.
